On this World Environment Day, our school proudly celebrates its commitment to protecting the planet through meaningful action. With the theme “Beat Plastic Pollution”, our students participated in various activities such as awareness rallies, poster making and a special plant distribution drive. 🌱 We were delighted to distribute saplings to local residents, encouraging everyone to grow more trees and build a greener community together. Through these efforts, we aim to nurture environmental responsibility and inspire change for a cleaner, healthier Earth. 💚✨

We all need to sharpen our skills and keep ourselves updated .
A series of workshops was conducted at Shram Niketan Higher Secondary School, ACC adani - Jamul to enhance teaching methodologies.

Day 1: Hosted by Adani Public School, Mundra under the guidance of Mr. Parimal and Mr. Mohan Waghela. The session focused on preparing effective and balanced question papers using Blueprints.

Day 2: Conducted by Mr. Rachit Desai from Ambuja Vidya Niketan, Somnath (Saurashtra Division, Veraval) on "Lesson Planning." He provided valuable insights into designing impactful lesson plans.

Day 3 : Led by Mr. Sandeep Basu, PGT Computer Science, from Ambuja Vidyapeeth, Rawan. The session on “AI in the Classroom” introduced basic AI concepts and demonstrated to enhance classroom engagement

Teachers from Shram Niketan’s teachers participated enthusiastically throughout the workshop.

An online workshop on "Lesson Planning" was organized on 2nd May 2025 for the faculty members of Shram Niketan Vidyalaya. The session was conducted by Mr. Rachit Desai from Ambuja Vidya Niketan, Somnath Saurashtra Division, Veraval. During the workshop, Mr. Desai provided comprehensive guidance on designing effective and impactful lesson plans. Key aspects covered included the allocation of time periods, set induction, attainment of learning objectives, systematic division of subtopics, facilitation of group discussions, assignment of homework, and the implementation of flipped classroom methodologies. The insights shared during the session aimed at enhancing the overall quality and effectiveness of lesson planning.

All the teachers of our institution participated enthusiastically in the workshop, gained valuable knowledge on advanced lesson planning techniques, and had the opportunity to address their queries and receive constructive solutions.

Online Workshop on Blueprint
By the direction of Dr. Kavita Nagpal ( Chief Academic Officer) an insightful online workshop was organized by Adani Public School, Mundra, under the guidance of Mr. Parimal and Mr. Mohan Waghela. The session focused on enhancing the skills of teachers in preparing effective and balanced question papers with Blueprint.
During the workshop, valuable guidelines were shared on designing question papers that accurately assess students' understanding while maintaining an appropriate level of difficulty. The facilitators provided a detailed explanation of key elements such as the blueprint structure, classification of questions, stages of question paper difficulty, and their corresponding percentage distributions.
Teachers from Shram Niketan School, Jamul actively participated in the session with great enthusiasm. They engaged in meaningful discussions and had their queries addressed thoroughly, making the workshop highly interactive and beneficial.
Overall, the meeting proved to be a productive and enriching experience, equipping teachers with practical strategies and a clear framework to improve their assessment methods.
