Chhattisgarh Mock Indian Parliament (CMIP) is the first national level academic simulation of youth parliament in the state of Chhattisgarh. CMIP brings to you a platform which would establish a link between youth of the nation and the Indian parliament. This event provides a stage, an opportunity where youth can step into the shoes of a Member of Parliament and take part in the decision making of

the country. This event aims at cementing youth trust in democracy and empowering them to become the future decision makers of the country. Team CMIP believes It’s time for the youth of the country to show, resolve and understand its responsibility as future decision-makers .This event would be a genial attempt to provide the youth with a platform where they can deliberate on the issues of urgent importance and make their voices heard. CMIP 2015 was a two committee based simulation where the LOK SABHA would discussed the Review of Reservation Policy whereas All India Party’s Meet took on the Issue of Combating Naxalism. CMIP 2016 is scheduled on 15th and 16th of October in Bhilai. The event has been bilingual i.e.
