Rahibai Thorat Skill Development Center Bhigwan MSSDS (Maharashtra State Skill Development Society) is the nodal agency for implementing all skill development related programs in the state.

India has highest young population in the World. Average Age of young India is just 29 years. PGTC is one of its kind public-private partnerships in Maharashtra- India under the ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Govt of India. As Indian youth is very industrious and talented. Unfortunately, the lack of formal skill training prevents deserving talent from being employed/ Entrepreneur

. We have affiliation with NSDC-PMKVY and MSME, NIEUSBUD. With this affiliation and also by our own we providing skill-training and making every skilled youth employable and self-employed. PGTC is an Associate Training Centre (ATC) under PMKVY and Vocational training provider under Pramod Mahajan Kaushalya VikasYojana of MSDS (Maharashtra Skill Development Society).
