Healthy snacking.. Protein+fibre+healthy fats..
Motivation: To keep mum's bone health and muscle healthy💕.. ingredients suggested by mom😉😇

Ingredients:
Roasted Bengal gram
Flaxseed
Sesame seed
Watermelon seed
Dates
Coconut(dessicated)
Elaichi powder(for flavour)
Edible gum(fried in Desi ghee)

♡Sugar,jaggery and honey is not included. If you are making for kids you can add up jaggery♡

Total weight: 1100grams makes 20 laddus each 55grams

¤°•Gives you approx. 150calories, 5grams protein, 17grams carbohydrates, 6grams fats•°¤

Cooking required only for Edible gum .. (warm up everything before putting laddus in shape that would make it easy)..

Hello people!! Posting a general knowledge information on various job different dietitians do.. We are separated in terms of the requirement.. You will never find an athlete coming in hospital for his diet guidance.. & you never see a ill person going in gym for his diet so that he gets well soon..

So, yes....... We are different and plays very important role in each field.

In hospital: As I am a clinical dietitian I'll talk a bit about it *we handle diets of patients which is very important at the time of hospital stay to manage sodium protein fluids protein etc.. Mainly ICU.. You should make sure your patient is eating(because all we know is we don't like to eat when we are sick.. )This is a challenge.. Patient is sick-appetite goes down-less food intake-low energy, muscle wasting, requirement increases-weight loss- patient gets poor and the cycle goes on!! So we are here to help 😊*

For those who ask me for weight loss "tips" or weight gain "tips".. I would rather ask u to follow a "BALANCED DIET" for a healthy living.. and if u want to be focused u may consult on DM... otherwise NO FREE DIETS PLEASE..

A balanced meal consist of all the nutrients required by your body..

Please ensure adequate water intake approximate 2.5 L to 3 L.. with a minimum of physical activity everyday (20mins to half an hour to 1 hour (if u are dedicated towards healthy living and not just losing some bits for few days) with adequate timely sleep cycle..

Stay away from addictives(smoking, alcohol and to***co)
Stay healthy Stay safe.. 😊

What we think we have to do for being lean, tummy tucked in & attarctive is skipping meals, removal of certain food groups from our daily diet, starving etc......

What we should be doing is keeping it simple.....

♡ Simple home food is necessary for your body which includes all the food groups like cereals, pulses, milk & milk products, nuts & oil seeds, eggs, meat & fish, vegetables, fats... every food group has various benefits for the body. Removal of any can result into deficiencies which we all face in today's time.
♡ Be conscious about yourself, ask a qualified dietitian, gain knowledge of your daily diet & lifestyle for longterm care of yourself.

May be due to "LACK OF AWARENESS"
Childhood is a very crucial time where we grow & develop in different aspects.

Growth of a child could be seen for example increase in height and weight.. but..... Development of a child is alwayz ignored and underrated by our society and families..
A child starts developing its ability to function from conception. Though it is said that mothers should eat healthy keep healthy.
