We are proud to announce that New Shams School secured First Place in the prestigious Quiz Competition on Islamic Banking and Finance, held at Jamia Islamia Bhatkal on Wednesday 18 December. Competing against 13 other reputed schools and colleges, our team displayed remarkable knowledge and performance, emerging victorious in this challenging event.

"Quran and Science" Presentation: A Highlight of Library Week Celebrations

As a part of the Library Week Celebrations held on our campus, groups of talented P.U girls presented an enlightening PowerPoint presentation on the topic "Quran and Science" on 26th November.

The presenters delved into various scientific topics, including creation, water cycle, and human embryology, highlighting the Quran's descriptions of these phenomena.
The presentation sparked a lively discussion and inspired attendees to further explore the fascinating connections between faith and science.

The Library Week Celebrations provided an ideal platform for this presentation, promoting a culture of intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and exploration of interdisciplinary connections.

Library Week Celebrations

Our high schoolers showcased their literary talents at a successful Literary Gallery Walk. The event, held on 23rd November featured an impressive display of poems from their syllabus, each one meticulously crafted and presented with pride.

The Literary Gallery Walk was just one of the many exciting events lined up for the Library Week starting from the 20th of November. Throughout the week, students across the sections have been participating in various activities, including morning assembly stories, quiz competition and reading challenges.
