Active passive voice.
Future tense:
1.Mr. Patel will show the landmarks.
The landmarks will be shown by Mr. Patel.
2.Mr.Patel won't show the landmarks.
The landmarks won't be shown by Mr.Patel.
3.We shall submit the project today.
The project will be submitted by us today.
4.Shall we submit the project today?
Will the project be submitted by us today?
Will,Shall+ be+ PP( 3rd form of the verb)

Active passive voice:
Present perfect tense:
1.Karan Johar has directed this movie .
This movie. has been directed by Karan Johar.
2. Karan Johar has not directed these movies.
These movies have not been directed by Karan Johar.
3. Has Karan Johar directed this movie?
Has this movie been directed by Karan Johar?
Has ,Have + been+ past participle( third form of the verb)

Active passive voice contd 2
Present continuous tense.
1.I am preparing notes.
Notes are being prepared by me.
2.We are preparing a timetable.
A timetable is being prepared by us.
3.She is not preparing lunch today.
Lunch is not being prepared by her today.
4.Are you preparing dinner for the guests?
Is the dinner being prepared by you for the guests?
Observe the above sentences:
In present continuous tense while changing into passive voice we use: is, am, are+being+ past participle ( 3rd form of the verb)

Active passive contd 2.
Simple present tense.
The cat catches mice.- Mice are caught by the cat.( The Object in plural so are is put )
The cat catches a mouse- A mouse is
caught by the cat .( The object is singular so is put)
The cat doesn't catch mice .( Negative)
Mice are not caught by the cat.
Do the cats catch mice? ( Interrogative)
Are mice caught by the cats?.
So in a simple present tense, the formula is.
Is, am, are+ past participle ( 3rd form of the verb)
Home work --
Change the following into passive voice-
1.The cats don't catch a mouse.
2.Does a cat catch a mouse ?

Active passive voice.
When a sentence is in the active voice, the subject of the sentence is the one doing the action expressed by the verb.
In the passive voice ,the subject is the person or thing acted on or affected by the verb's action.
Active Voice: Rahul threw the ball very fast.

Passive Voice: The ball was thrown very fast by Rahul.

It has been pointed out before that the simple present is used for a habitual action. However when the reference is to a particularly obstinate habit. My dog is very silly he is always running out on the road.
