ଆଜି ବାଣିତିଆ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟରେ RYCE (Rural Youth Centre for Excellence) ର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକଳାପ ଆରମ୍ଭ ସମ୍ପର୍କିତ ଏକ ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ଆଲୋଚନା ଓ ପରାମର୍ଶ ବୈଠକ ସଫଳତାର ସହ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଛି।

ଏହି ବୈଠକଟି ଶ୍ରୀଯୁକ୍ତ ଗଣେଶ ପତି, ବିଧାୟକ ପ୍ରତିନିଧି, ସମାଜସେବୀ ଓ ବାଣିତିଆ ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ଜନନେତାଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା।
ବୈଠକରେ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଯୁବକ, ସାମାଜିକ କର୍ମୀ ଓ ସଚେତନ ନାଗରିକମାନେ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ କରି ଗ୍ରାମୀଣ ଯୁବମାନଙ୍କର ଶିକ୍ଷା, କୌଶଳ ବିକାଶ, କ୍ୟାରିଅର ମାର୍ଗଦର୍ଶନ, ନେତୃତ୍ୱ ବିକାଶ ଓ ଆତ୍ମବିଶ୍ୱାସ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିଷୟରେ ମତ ବିନିମୟ କରିଥିଲେ।
