NCC Cadets Participate in Divisional Level Science Exhibition
NCC Cadet Arya Veer Kotwal and Cadet Varun Kotwal of 10 J&K Battalion NCC Bhaderwah participated in the Divisional Level Competition of Rashtriya Satariya Bal Vigyan Pradarshani (RSBVP) held on 30th May 2026 at Baba Jito Conference Hall, Kisan Kendra, Directorate of Agriculture, Talab Tillo, Jammu.
The cadets presented innovative models on Water Conservation and Emerging Technologies, showcasing their scientific aptitude, creativity, and commitment towards sustainable development.
The cadets were escorted by Ms. Monika Manhas (Master) under the guidance of Worthy Principal Madam Smt. Asha Bhalwal. Both cadets had earlier qualified at the District Level Competition and earned the opportunity to represent the institution at the divisional level.
On this occasion, Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Koul, Associate NCC Officer, briefed the cadets about the importance of scientific innovation, effective presentation skills, and the role of youth in nation-building. He encouraged them to explore novel ideas and strive for excellence in every field.
Dr. Koul also informed the cadets about the recent selection of Ex-NCC Cadet Nirmal Singh from the institution in the Territorial Army. He highlighted Nirmal Singh's achievement as a source of inspiration and motivated the cadets to remain disciplined, dedicated, and focused on their goals. He emphasized that NCC provides an excellent platform for developing leadership qualities, confidence, and opportunities for a bright future in the Armed Forces and other professional fields.
Dr. Koul further appreciated the dedicated efforts of Mr. Ali Imran, Teacher, for his valuable guidance and support in helping the students prepare for the competition and encouraging scientific learning among the young participants.
The programme inspired the cadets to pursue innovation, patriotism, and excellence in their academic and co-curricular pursuits.
