๐ŸŒฟโœจ Disom โ€” The Leadership School visits Gram Vikas High School โœจ๐ŸŒฟ

We were delighted to host 23 members along with Mr. Biren Bhuta from Disom โ€” The Leadership School at Gram Vikas High School, Kankia on 12th September 2025.
Disom is a unique movement nurturing future political and social Servant Leaders. It is a lived experience of deep democracy, fostering leadership that is peer-based, self-driven, and rooted in humility, compassion, and service.
The word Disom originates in Jharkhand (Disom in Santali and Disum in Ho and Mundari), meaning the homeland of oneโ€™s soul โ€” a land where community comes before self, and governance flows from collective conscience.
With no fixed campus, Disom travels across the country through partner organisations, making learning as expansive and mobile as possible.
๐Ÿ’ซ We are grateful for their visit, which inspired our students and teachers with the values of service, community, and collective leadership.
