Capturing IANCON 2025 — Science, Spirit, and Seamless AI

Rosehub had the privilege of covering IANCON 2025, India’s premier neurology conference, held at Taj Ganges and Taj Nadesar Palace, Varanasi.

Across five inspiring days, our team documented the event through formal and candid photography, preserving moments of science, leadership, and connection.

What made this coverage special was our AI-based instant photo distribution system — allowing delegates to access their photographs instantly by simply uploading a selfie and basic contact details.

Within just three hours of each session, over 8,000 images were made available to nearly 2,500 distinguished participants — top neurologists, clinicians, and scientists from across India and beyond. The response was overwhelming and deeply gratifying.

Special thanks to our extended team from Apex Production— Puspendra, Divyanshu, Rahul, and Previn — for their extraordinary dedication and coordination. Lots of love to our core team Neelesh, Kuber, Ramkesh, and Sagar for keeping the spirit high and the vision sharp.

A heartfelt thanks to the organising committee of IANCON 2025, the event management team at BlueBuds, and the ever-supportive staff at Taj Ganges for their hospitality, especially the kitchen and service team — they made sure none of us went thirty or hungry. It was care beyond hospitality.

Our gratitude also to Prof. V.N. Mishra, the guiding force behind this gathering of minds — and to Kashi Vishwanath, for the blessing of presence and purpose in this sacred city.

In 2016, as we embarked on our startup journey, we had the chance to visit Banaras Hindu University for the first time. What we saw left us in awe. The vibrant, vast, and deeply rooted institution stood in stark contrast to how the Indian media portrayed it at the time. Over the years, we came to understand the true spirit of BHU—an institution not just overlooked but often misrepresented in intellectual discourse.

That day, we made a promise to change this narrative. For the next four years, working near the BHU campus, we captured its essence through photos and videos—sometimes officially, often personally. We shared much of this content as open-source material on Wikipedia and our platforms, gradually transforming how BHU appeared in digital and print media.

Today, on the sacred occasion of Vasant Panchami and BHU’s 110th Foundation Day, we are proud to present the first official glimpse video we have created for the institute’s PR department—a tribute to the legacy and grandeur of Banaras Hindu University.

🎬✨ Children of Banas to Shine at the Mahakoshal Film Festival 2024! ✨🎬

We are thrilled to announce that Children of Banas is all set for its third major screening! This time, the documentary will be showcased at the prestigious Mahakoshal Film Festival 2024, to be held on December 28th and 29th in the historic city of Jabalpur, located on the banks of the Narmada River.

The Mahakoshal Film Festival is a celebrated cultural event in Central India that brings together art, culture, and cinema under one roof. It serves as a vibrant platform to highlight the natural beauty, traditions, and cultural heritage of the Mahakoshal region, while also providing a stage for emerging filmmakers to showcase their talent and gain recognition.

Children of Banas, which narrates the profound connection between the Banas River and the communities living along its banks, has already won hearts at the 5th Nadi Utsav 2024 and the 10th Khajuraho International Film Festival. Now, the documentary is ready to leave its mark at the Mahakoshal Film Festival with its compelling storytelling and evocative visuals.

From 2016 to 2020, we spent nearly four years of our startup journey at IIT-BHU, Varanasi, before moving to our own setup at Camp Banas. Today, the 104-year-old legacy of Banaras Hindu University - Varanasi witnessed another glorious milestone as the Classes of 2024 donned their caps and gowns, ready to step into the world with pride and purpose.

From gold medalists shining bright to the heartfelt moments of parents embracing their accomplished children, the hall was brimming with emotions. Friends shared laughs, tears, and promises to stay connected, knowing this chapter of togetherness had reached its grand finale.
