The Dept. of Information Science and Engineering (ISE), KLS Gogte Institute of Technology, Belagavi, in association with ACM and IIC-KLSGIT, is pleased to invite you to participate in a one-week Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Research Innovations in Computing, Communications, and Cognition (RICCC).

This national-level FDP is scheduled to take place from 23rd to 28th September 2024 in offline mode at KLS Gogte Institute of Technology, Belagavi.

KLS Gogte Institute of Technology, the flagship Institute of Karnatak Law Society, Belagavi was incepted in the year 1979. Institute is permanently affiliated and autonomous institution under Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi and conferred with accreditation from National Board of Accreditation (NBA), New Delhi in 2004, 2015, 2018 and A+ grade by NAAC. The Institute has an association with Stanford University for University Innovation Fellows, Student exchange program with Shibaura Institute of Technology, JAPAN University to name a few. The Department of Information Science and Engineering started in the year 2000 and offers undergraduate Programme. The ACM student chapter of the department actively organizes technical events on regular basis.
About the FDP:
The department of information Science and Engineering, KLS Gogte Institute of Technology is hosting a national level FDP on “Electrophysiology and NeuroComputing”. The FDP is a platform to share knowledge in the field of EEG analysis and aspects of neurocomputing. The FDP throws light on the management of stress in the workspace, the research aspects in the field of stress management and EEG signal processing. The FDP is designed keeping in mind but not limited to the students, faculty, and research scholars of various educational disciplines

✨Warm greetings from ACM✨

ACM Student Chapter, GIT in collaboration with CSI and RISE conducted a design thinking awareness event as a induction program for the ⭐freshers⭐ on 21/12/2021.

The program was conducted to enhance their sense of curiosity and understanding the real world problem better. All the participants returned with different ideology for the problem statements and had amazing time brainstorming together to come up with a solution🙌.
