Electronics and communication Engineering ,KLE DR Msscet , Belagavi

Students from the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering of KLE Technological University's Dr. M. S. Sheshgiri Campus Belagavi have qualified at the regional finals of the prestigious event “NXP India Smart Car Design Challenge-AIM (Artificial Intelligence Mobility),” held at RVCE Bangalore on 10th August 2024!

NXP Semiconductors is a Netherlands-based semiconductor designer and manufacturer, the third-largest European semiconductor company.

A team of 10 Students led by Amey Chougule, Audumbar Kalbhairav, and Chidambar Patil, showcased exceptional talent and innovation, standing out among 620 plus teams across India.

As a demonstration of their outstanding performance, the students received an Automotive Kit worth ₹75,000!

The team also qualified for the IIT Guwahati Grand Finale in October 2024. The Institute is incredibly proud of the student's achievements and wishes them all the best for the finale.

The Department of ECE, KLE Technological University's, Belagavi Campus Organised Alumni talk by Mr. Ravi Rachannavar, Senior Quality Designer and Data Enthusiast, Electronic Arts(EA SPORTS), Hyderabad, to 3rd Semester Students on 25-1-2023 from 11am to 12pm.
Mr. Ravi breifed about 3 C' s that is Communcation, Collaboration and Curiosity in learning new things to get equipped to current cutting edge technologies. HOD, Dr. D. A. Torse Welcomed the Alumni and Prof. Vijay Rayar introduced the guest and coordinated the event..

On 16th January 2023, Vigyan Manthan Foundation organized "The Startup Conclave '23" at Fairfield by Marriot Belagavi to train young minds about working with startups. During the event, 3rd ECE students of KLE Technological University Dr. MSSCET won the "idea pitch" competition. Congratulations to Sakshi Patil, Bhuvan Budavi and Prathmesh Raikar of E & C Department for winning the competition. Principal, Dr. Basavaraj G. Katageri and E&C, Dr. D. A. Torse congratulated the students on their success.

This time the cup is with the E&C Department. Well done boys!! The cricket team of the Department won the Shridhar Patil memorial inter branch cricket cup for year 22-23.

From the recently passed out batch of Dept. of ECE, a batch of three students won the Best Paper award (under the Communications track) at the 6th IEEE DISCOVER 2022 held between 14-16 October 2022. The article details their Final Year project results.

The students, Shrushtita Jones, Nidhi Virupaxi (in absence), and Pragathi Biradar (in absence) were Appreciated and Congratulated by Principal Sir and HoD Sir.
