The Hindu Raksha Dal has announced plans to visit Darul Uloom in Deoband on Tuesday and offer Ganga water at the prominent Islamic seminary, alleging that a Shivling exists beneath its premises, as reported by a news agency.

In a video message released on Saturday, Lalit Sharma, Uttarakhand state president of the Hindu Raksha Dal, said members of the organisation, led by its national president Pinky Chaudhary, would travel from Haridwar to Deoband carrying Ganga water.

آل انڈیا مسلم پرسنل لا بورڈ نے رام پور ڈیولپمنٹ اتھارٹی (RDA) کی جانب سے محمد علی جوہر یونیورسٹی کی 38 عمارتوں کے انہدام کے لیے جاری نوٹس کو جانبدارانہ، انتقامی اور غیر منصفانہ قرار دیتے ہوئے اس کی سخت مذمت کی ہے۔ بورڈ نے حکومتِ اتر پردیش سے مطالبہ کیا ہے کہ اس کارروائی کو فوری طور پر روکا جائے اور انہدام کا نوٹس واپس لیا جائے۔

بورڈ کے ترجمان ڈاکٹر سید قاسم رسول الیاس نے اپنے بیان میں کہا کہ یہ کارروائی صرف ایک تعلیمی ادارے کے خلاف نہیں بلکہ مسلمانوں کی تعلیمی ترقی کے خلاف بھی ہے۔ ان کے مطابق حکومتیں ایک طرف مسلمانوں کی تعلیمی پسماندگی دور کرنے میں ناکام رہی ہیں، جبکہ دوسری طرف عوامی تعاون اور قربانیوں سے قائم ہونے والے تعلیمی اداروں کو مختلف انتظامی اور قانونی بنیادوں پر نشانہ بنایا جا رہا ہے۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ اقدام ایک جانب اعظم خان کے خلاف سیاسی انتقام کی عکاسی کرتا ہے، جبکہ دوسری جانب مسلم معاشرے کو تعلیمی میدان میں مزید کمزور کرنے کی کوشش بھی ہے۔

The number 4 shows up in other places too. There were 4 Rightly Guided Caliphs. There are 4 Sacred Months. The earth has 4 directions, and his message was for all of them. In Chapter 4 of the Quran (An-Nisa), one phrase is repeated 4 times: 'To Allah belongs everything in the heavens and the earth.'
