COACHELLA NIGHT will be held on *4th March 2018 (Sunday)* from *7.00-9.00pm* in the *USMKLE Lawn*. The prize-giving ceremony for the winners of MW2018 games will also take place that night.

Please be reminded that coupons will not be used for the foodfest this year. Don’t forget to dress in your most stylish Coachella outfits!

[MW2018 - DETAILS OF EVENTS AND OPENING CEREMONY]

Greetings dear Malaysians,

The following are the details of events that will be held during Malaysian Week 2018. Participants, please take note of the date, time and venue of your respective events.

We are also glad to announce that the opening ceremony of Malaysian Week 2018 will be held on 25th February 2018 in the KLE Multipurpose Court at 8.00a.m.

All Malaysian students of USMKLE, JNMC and VKIDS are invited to participate in this opening ceremony. The sports events will commence immediately thereafter.

We are proud to announce that Malaysian Week 2018’s official t-shirt is finally released! Printed on the t-shirt is the official logo of MW2018, carrying a significant meaning which represents us all.

Closing date is on 11th February 2018, payment must be done by 12th February 2018, cash or online transfer- latter is preferred for safety precautions. [MW2018 - T SHIRT DESIGNING CONTEST]

Attention all artists and designers! Time to put your creative minds and artistic talents to use for MW2018’s T-shirt designing contest!

This year, MW2018 uses the theme COVALENCE, a scientific term used in Chemistry which means “sharing of electrons to form a strong bond”. The theme “Covalence” symbolises the unity of our three colleges - JNMC, VKIDS and USM-KLE, where we share good values with each other, forming a bond stronger than ever.

Using the theme above, you should incorporate JNMC, VKIDS, and USM-KLE into your design.

The winning design will be chosen to be the front part of MW2018’s official T-shirt, and also get a complimentary T-shirt from us!

So what are you waiting for? Time to channel your inner “Edna Mode” and start sketching because your design could be the one we will all be wearing!

Greetings dear Malaysians!

It is with deep regret that we announce the change of venue for the *Malaysian Night 2017* from JNMC Garden to the *Dr. H.B. Rajasekhar Auditorium (600 seater)*. This is due to the possibility of rain and thunderstorm on 8th October 2017, as predicted by the weather forecast. This is also a reminder for you to bring your umbrella and slippers just in case.

Also, it would be better if you have some light snacks before coming as dinner will only be served at around 9.00pm if all goes as planned.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and hope to see everyone there!
