It is time to put your 1st step forward in the professional world, and to keep to the never-ending demands one needs to be well prepared.

So, now it is time to wear your socks and EXPERIENCE the real feeling of a selection procedure.

Get thrilled in the Group Discussions and later (if screened in) get grilled in Personnel Interview.

RULES:
1.It is an individual event
2.Event comprises of 3 round

Personnel Interview
3.Candidates short listed from Group Discussion will move forward to Personnel Interview round.
4.The topics for group discussion will be displayed a week before the event commences.
5.articipants are requested to be dressed in formals.
6.Participants are requested to bring scribbling pad and a pen.
7.Participants are supposed to speak for or against the given topic in GD round and not supposed to switch over in between the discussion.
8.Judges decision will be final & inevitable.

2.The event comprises of three rounds.
1st round:
> It is an online test.
2nd round:
> Screened in teams will undergo this semi-final round and will again short-listed for finals.
3rd round:
> It is the final round comprising of several sub-rounds.
3. Teams will be short-listed at the end of each round on the basis of performance.
4. Details of all the rounds will be explained by the host.
5. Use of any kind of electronic device is not allowed.
6. Teams are asked to bring their scribbling pad and pen.
7. Judges decision will be final and inevitable.
