It has come to the notice of the SFIT that one Instagram handle has made allegations regarding recent admission process.
We categorically deny any suggestion that admissions have been conducted in violation of applicable rules, regulations, or statutory requirements. The Institute follows the prescribed admission procedures and applicable regulatory norms, and maintains appropriate records in support of its processes.
The statements published through this handle appear to contain serious and factually incorrect allegations that have the potential to adversely affect the reputation and standing of the Institute, its students, faculty, staff and stakeholders.
Hence, we want the concerned handle to refrain from publishing or circulating unverified allegations and to immediately remove any content that is false, misleading or defamatory.
Further, the Institute reserves all rights to take appropriate legal action against the persons responsible for publishing and/or circulating such defamatory or misleading content, including seeking remedies available under applicable law.
