Important Judgement -

सुप्रीम कोर्ट का महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय: बिना कोर्ट की अनुमति के नए FIR में गिरफ्तारी पर रोक सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस को बिना कोर्ट की अनुमति के नए FIR में गिरफ्तारी करने से रोक दिया है। यह आदेश उन मामलों में लागू होगा जहां आरोपियों ने दावा किया है कि उनके खिलाफ बार-बार FIR दर्ज की जा रही है ताकि उनकी जमानत रद्द की जा सके। आरोपियों ने आरोप लगाया था कि पुलिस द्वारा उनके खिलाफ कई FIR दर्ज की जा रही हैं जिससे उनकी जमानत को कमजोर किया जा सके।
निर्णय की मुख्य बातें:
- कोर्ट की अनुमति अनिवार्य:-कोर्ट ने निर्देश दिया है कि आरोपियों को भविष्य में दर्ज होने वाले किसी भी नए FIR में बिना कोर्ट की अनुमति के गिरफ्तार नहीं किया जाएगा।
- जमानत और गिरफ्तारी-कोर्ट ने आरोपियों को FIR नंबर 141/2025 में जमानत दी है और निर्देश दिया है कि भविष्य में दर्ज होने वाले किसी भी नए FIR में बिना कोर्ट की अनुमति के गिरफ्तारी नहीं की जाएगी।
