🇮🇳 Independence Day Celebration at Mangal Newton School 🇮🇳

Mangal Newton School celebrated Independence Day with immense pride, patriotism and enthusiasm under the inspiring theme “Swatantra & Vichaarsheel Bharat” — celebrating the spirit of an India that is not only free, but also thoughtful, progressive and responsible.

The celebration unfolded through a vibrant array of mesmerising dance performances, an impactful patriotic drama, soulful patriotic Qawwali and captivating instrumental performances. Every presentation beautifully reflected the values of freedom, unity, courage and responsible citizenship.

The Principal Rachel Little addressed the gathering, inspiring students to recognise that true freedom comes with responsibility, awareness and the courage to think, question and contribute meaningfully to the nation.

The celebration was a heartfelt tribute to our motherland and a reminder that the future of India rests in the hands of independent minds and thoughtful hearts.

Saturday, on 8th August, 2026 at Mangal Newton School was filled with enthusiasm, creativity, and meaningful learning as students participated in engaging activities designed to nurture their imagination, confidence, and communication skills. 🌟

👗 Grades 1–5 | Wear & Gear Activity
Our young learners enthusiastically participated in the Wear & Gear Activity, showcasing their creativity, confidence, and sense of presentation.

📖 Grades 6–8 | Story Writing Activity
Students explored the world of imagination through Story Writing, creating engaging narratives, developing characters, and giving wings to their creativity. ✍️📚

📝 Grades 9–12 | Essay Writing Activity
Students expressed their thoughts and perspectives through Essay Writing, strengthening their critical thinking, originality, and ability to communicate ideas with clarity. 💡

🌟 Principal Rachel Little congratulated the students and appreciated their enthusiastic participation, creativity, and efforts. She encouraged them to continue exploring their potential and embracing every opportunity to learn, create, and express themselves.
