Under our initiative to strengthen industry–academia linkages, Director-Training & Placement, Harjot Singh Sidhu, visited Groz-Beckert Pvt. Ltd., Chandigarh, and engaged in productive discussions on avenues for collaboration in skill development, industrial training, internships and placement.

Groz-Beckert, a global leader in industrial machine needles and precision tools, traces its origins to Germany in 1852. Notably, Chandigarh is home to the company’s first manufacturing plant in India and one of its earliest production facilities in Asia, established in 1960.
