I will be delivering an online Masterclass on “Feedback Skills for Future Managers” tomorrow (9 Feb 2026) for UG and PG learners at Chandigarh University.

The session will focus on helping students understand -
✔️The importance of feedback in the workplace
✔️Strengthen their ability to give and receive constructive feedback, and
✔️ Develop the right mindset to use feedback as a tool for growth and collaboration—a critical workplace skill for future managers.
