🌿 CHARAKA JAYANTI SAPTAHA 2026 🌿
✨ DAY 1 | 8th August 2026 ✨
The 1st Day of Charaka Jayanti Saptaha 2026 was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Saint Sahara Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital, Kot Shamir, Bathinda, Punjab in collaboration with Vishwa Ayurveda Parishad.
🪔 The celebrations began with the auspicious Dhanwantri Pooja, seeking blessings for health, knowledge, and the noble tradition of Ayurveda.
👨⚕️ Principal Sir Dr. Shridev Phondani and Vice Principal Sir Dr. Lovnish Pruthi shared their valuable words and inspiring thoughts with the students.
🎨 The day continued with a Drawing Competition, where students enthusiastically participated and showcased their creativity, artistic skills, and love for Ayurveda.
🏆 Dr. Bhupesh and Dr. Arpana served as judges and evaluated the students’ creative artworks.
✨ A beautiful beginning to a week-long celebration of Ayurveda, knowledge, creativity, and the legacy of Acharya Charaka!

🍼 WORLD BREASTFEEDING WEEK – AWARENESS PROGRAMME 🌸
Saint Sahara Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital, Kot Shamir, Bathinda, Punjab, organized a Breastfeeding Awareness Programme with active participation from students.
👩⚕️ Dr. Meenakshi Gupta, Assistant Professor, Prasuti Ta**ra & Stri Roga, shared valuable insights on the importance and benefits of breastfeeding.
🎓 The programme concluded with an insightful message from respected Principal Dr. Shridev Phondani, highlighting the importance of breastfeeding for a healthy mother and child.
