आतंकवादी निर्दोष जाने लेते हैं, पर भ्रष्टाचार अस्पतालों को बनने ही नहीं देता, सो जो जाने बचाई जा सकती थीं वो नहीं बचती l

भ्रष्टाचार आतंकवाद का पालना है, और शायद अधिक खतरनाक।
