The college boasts of a beautiful building, a marvel of architecture, which fascinated the ex. Swaran Singh Bhoparai, so much that he commented about this in The Visitors Book. The college is spread over 2,15,00 sq feet, having 15 Rooms, Auditorium, Canteen, Common Room, Computer Lab and a Library consisting of 12313 Books. The college was affiliated with Punjabi University Patiala in 1975

The Department of Computer Science at **Bhai Asa Singh Girls College, Goniana Mandi, is going to organize a Two Days Workshop on “Working with Python” in collaboration with Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and Institution's Innovation Council (IIC).
The workshop will be conducted by Dr. Shalu Gupta, HOD Computer Applications, Guru Kashi University, Talwandi Sabo. Students will learn the basics of Python programming, coding techniques, and practical applications.

🌟 Mentor–Mentee Meeting Conducted Today 🌟
Today, Bhai Asa Singh Girls College, Goniana Mandi successfully organized a “Meet Your Mentor” session to strengthen the bond between mentors and students.
The session focused on:
✔️ Motivation and personal guidance
✔️ Academic and career advice
✔️ Goal setting and direction
✔️ Continuous support and coaching
Mentors interacted with their mentees, discussed academic progress, listened to concerns, and guided students toward achieving their goals. The activity created a positive and encouraging environment, helping students feel supported and confident about their future.
