Dear Alumni,

We are very proud of all our alumni members and it gives me great pleasure in expressing my observation that the loyalty that you have towards your Alma Mater is immense.

Your commitment to come forward in giving back to the institution what you have received during your formative years in the school was very evident from your presence and participation in the get together and the formation of St. Augustine’s Day School, Barrackpore Alumni office bearers.

I, along with all your teachers thank you for your generosity with your time and thoughts in taking this association way forward for the present and the future members to come in establishing a bond between the school and the alumni.

Dear Alumni,

It gives us immense pleasure to continue strengthening the bond between the school and
you.

Let us meet together for the Alumni Meet on Sunday, 14th May 2017 and have a memorable
evening from 3 pm to around 6 pm. Passes for the same are available from the school

office, details as under:

Amount: ₨ 150.

Date: 2nd to 8th May 2017 [except 5th & 7th May]

Time: 8 am to 12 noon

For those who cannot come in person on the above mentioned days, may:

1. Ask their batch mates or friends to collect passes on their behalf.

2. Confirm their presence on 14th May via e-mail [[email protected]] and
thereby collect their passes on the same day from the school office.

Dear Alumni/Alumnae,
The teachers and staff of St. Augustine's Day School, Barrackpore wish you and your loved ones 'Subho Nobo Borsho'.
Tomorrow is Easter- which symbolises New life with good attitude and dispelling darkness in one's heart. We take this opportunity to wish all alumni/alumnae a Happy Easter.

After some alumni/alumnae met on Saturday, 8th April' 2017, all felt the need to form the registered Association with it's Office Bearers. Hence they all planned for a get together- cm -Office Bearers formation from 3 pm onwards in the school premises on Sunday, 14th May' 2017.

We will keep you posted. Mrs. Bhavna Sharma Kumar, Mrs. Monalisa Mazumdar and Mrs. Shayantani Ghosh will also keep updating you all.

Dear Alumni,
The vision of our school is “With the winds of change we aspire to create a learning environment, inculcate values and promote all round excellence to build global citizens”.
To bring about this global dimension, the school had participated in the “International School Awards’, organized by the British Council in this session 2016-2017.
In this endeavour, our students under the guidance of our teachers had taken up several international projects during this session for classes III to XII. Ms. Sharmila Chowdhury and Mrs. Enakshi Dasgupta were the two International Co-ordinators.
We wish to continue this global approach for the benefit of our students and so imbibe the same in our curriculum and school activities.
We invite suggestions and guidance from our alumni who have experience, exposure or contact in international partnership with other educational institutes.

Season’s Greetings to you.

You have been wonderful alumni of your school and your presence in the last gathering on 2nd January 2016 has been a memorable one.

This year too we wish that you all come for a get together at 4 pm on Saturday, 28th January 2017 in the school premises. We need your response and presence to make this alumni gathering memorable and yearly event.

The school also intends to encourage you all to officially form the Alumni Association of St. Augustine’s Day School, Barrackpore having the necessary Office Bearers. This will enable us to register the Association and thereby function and grow. This Association like all other school alumni will create a platform for you to visit your alma mater, your teachers, your friends, relive those memories and also share your valuable feedbacks, inputs and suggestions for the school’s and present student’s growth.

Re-unions are all about nostalgia and reliving old memories, uncovering hidden layer of emotions. You all have sailed with time. It’s your success that beckons and invites further exploration of nostalgia and old memories.

The school is a place of many emotions, feelings, meanings and memories. I am rooted here for 29 years and counting. It’s your love, affection and respect that makes us rejuvenate our spirit and soul.
