Reason for Name Change:
The decision to change the name from Red Rose Model School to Red Rose Model Academy stems from the recent alterations in the education system of Assam. With the abolition of the HSLC (High School Leaving Certificate) exam after class 10, the need arose for institutions to provide education up to class 12. In response to this shift, Red Rose Model Academy has added two additional classes, accommodating students from class 11 and 12. This strategic move ensures that students no longer need to seek education elsewhere for their higher secondary studies. They can now complete their entire schooling journey within the premises of Red Rose Model Academy.

Yesterday (7th Oct 2023), in the Assam state running competition (2000m) held at Guwahati, Majeda Khatun, a student of Red Rose Model School, secured the first position and earned the opportunity to represent the Assam team. She will soon compete in the inter-state competition to be held in Kolkata. We pray and bless her so that she can perform even better. 🎉
