a) Filing of e-form ADT-1 (Appointment of First Auditor) under Section 139(6) of the Companies Act, 2013.



b) Filing of e-form INC-22 (Verification of Registered Office) under Section 12 of the Companies Act, 2013.



c) Conduct First Board Meeting (Agenda for 1st Board Meeting enclosed herewith) under Section 173 of the Companies Act, 2013.



d) Placing Form MBP-1 under Section 184(1) of Companies Act, 2013 in its 1st Board Meeting.



COMPLIANCE TO BE DONE WITHIN TWO MONTH ITS INCORPORATION



a) Issuance of Share Certificates within a period of two months from the date of incorporation, in the case of subscribers to the memorandum under Section 56(4)(a) of Companies Act, 2013)



COMPLIANCE TO BE DONE WITHIN SIX MONTH ITS INCORPORATION



a) Filing of e- Form INC - 20A (Commencement of Business & Proof of Deposit of Paid Up Capital) under Section 10A of the Companies Act, 2013.



COMPLIANCES TO BE DONE ON EVERY QUARTER OF THE COMPANY (APR-JUN), (JUL-SEP), (OCT-DEC) AND (JAN – MAR).



a) Conduct a Board Meeting (Gap of two Board Meetings not exceeding 120 days) and record the Board Meeting in the Form of Minutes.



b) Preparation of Notice and Agenda for Every Board Meeting.



c) Proof of Circulation of Notice and Agenda, Draft Minutes and Signed Minutes.



d) MBP-1 First Board Meeting of every Financial Year and in the event of Interest arises.



e) DIR-8 First Board Meeting of every Financial Year.



ANNUAL COMPLIANCES AFTER CLOSURE OF FINANCIAL YEAR I.E. 31ST MARCH



a) a)Preparation of Audit Report, Balance Sheet and Statement of Profit and Loss along with Notes.



b) Notice of Annual General Meeting, Approval of Draft Financial Statement and Board Report at least 25 days before Conducting Annual General Meeting.



c) Holding Annual General Meeting (AGM) within 9 Months (In case of 1st (AGM)/ 6 Months (Other than 1st AGM) i.e. by 30th September every year (MAX).



d) e-Filing of ADT-1 (Appointment of Auditor in the AGM) within 15 days after conducting AGM.



e) e-Filing of AOC-4 (Annual Accounts) within 30 days after conducting AGM.



f) e-Filing of MGT 7/7A (Annual Return) within 60 days after conducting AGM.



g) e-Filing of DIR-3 KYC within 6 months i.e. by 30th September every year.



h) e-Filing of PAS-6 (Reconciliation of Share Capital) within 2 months from the Half year ended on 31st March and 30th September every year for every year except Small Company.



i) e-Filing of MSME within1 month from Half year ended on 31st March and 30th September every year for every year..



j) Preparation and Updation of required Statutory Registers of the Company.



k) e-Filing of DPT-3 (Return of Deposit) within 30th June of every year.



l) Filing of Income Tax Returns (Company)as per Income Tax Act,1961



m) Filing of Income Tax Returns (For All Directors) as per Income Tax Act, 1961.



n) Assist in Mandatory Income Tax Audit (If Turnover is More Than 1 Crore) under section 44AB of Income Tax Act, 1961.



o) Preparation and Filing for 4 Quarterly TDS Returns.
