🧘‍♂️ International Yoga Day Celebration 🧘‍♀️

Feeling blessed to celebrate International Yoga Day at Art of Living Gyan Mandir (Temple of Knowledge - TOK), Barnala.

The session was made even more special with the powerful practice of Sudarshan Kriya and the inspiring guidance of respected yoga teacher Sarika Mittal Ji.

Yoga is not just an exercise; it is a journey towards better health, inner peace, and a balanced life. Grateful for this wonderful experience and the positive energy shared by everyone present.

🙏 Heartfelt thanks to Sarika Mittal Ji and the Art of Living family for organizing such a meaningful event.

🙏 The Unspoken Story of Somnath: A Miracle Beyond Time 🙏
Did you know the original Jyotirlinga of Somnath was said to hover in the air, untouched by the ground? Despite the invasions of the past, the divine energy of Mahadev can never be destroyed.
The fragments of the sacred Lingam were protected in secret for a thousand years, passing through the hands of sages and guardians, until finally reaching Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji in 2025. Now, in February 2026, a new chapter of this history is being written in Punjab! 🚩
