School Report Writing Activity Inspires Young Minds at *Government Higher Secondary School Tilgam*
*Tilgam,* June 23, 2026: In continuation of the nationwide Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan (NMBA) and with a vision to nurture awareness, creativity, and responsible citizenship among students, a School Report Writing Activity was successfully organized today at *Government Higher Secondary School Tilgam.*
The activity witnessed enthusiastic participation from students who showcased their writing skills by preparing reports on themes related to drug abuse prevention, social awareness, youth empowerment, and the collective responsibility of building a healthy and addiction-free society. Addressing the gathering, *Sheikh Aakash*Teacher, emphasized that education and awareness are the strongest weapons against the menace of drugs. He urged students to uphold moral values, make informed choices, and become torchbearers of the anti-drug movement within their families and communities. He highlighted that today's youth possess the power to transform society through knowledge, discipline, and positive action.
Speaking on the occasion, *Senior Lecturer Mohd Ashraf *underlined the significance of report writing as an essential academic and life skill. Tilgam, June 18: In continuation of the nationwide Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan (NMBA), Government Higher Secondary School Tilgam today organized an inspiring Art Competition on the theme “Drug-Free India” to promote awareness about the dangers of substance abuse and encourage students to embrace a healthy and responsible lifestyle.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students who transformed their ideas into meaningful drawings, paintings, and creative posters carrying strong anti-drug messages. Through vibrant colours and powerful artistic expressions, participants highlighted the importance of making positive choices, staying away from harmful substances, and contributing towards a healthier and safer society.
The programme was conducted under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Gulzar Ahmad War, Principal, GHSS Tilgam, who appreciated the students for their creativity and social awareness. Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan – Police & Doctor Awareness Session
Government Higher Secondary School Tilgam

As part of the ongoing Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan (NMBA), a Police–Doctor Awareness Session was organized at Government Higher Secondary School Tilgam under the dynamic guidance and leadership of Principal Mr. Gulzar Ahmad War.
The awareness programme aimed to educate students about the harmful effects of drug abuse and the importance of maintaining a healthy and responsible lifestyle. During the session, Sub-Inspector Mr. Vikas Deep from Police Station Kreeri highlighted the growing challenges posed by substance abuse and sensitized students about the legal consequences associated with narcotics and other addictive substances. He urged students to remain vigilant, make informed choices, and contribute towards building a drug-free society.
Senior-most teacher Mr. Shabnam Tilgami addressed the gathering and emphasized the role of education, moral values, and positive social engagement in protecting young people from the menace of drugs. He encouraged students to focus on their studies, character-building, and personal development.
