A Seva Parv event was organized at High School Kitchhama, where both students and teachers actively participated with great enthusiasm. On this occasion, books and stationery items were donated for the benefit of underprivileged students.
Mr. Bilal Ahmad and Headmistress Mtr. Aysha Akhter shed light on the importance of book donation, emphasizing its role in spreading knowledge and supporting the education of needy children.
The event was conducted successfully, highlighting the spirit of sharing and community service. The efforts of the students, staff, and organizers were highly appreciated.

A “Swast Nari Swast Pariwar” health camp was held at HS Kitchama, Sheeri, in collaboration with the Block Medical Officer (BMO) Sheeri.
The camp focused exclusively on the health check-up of female students of the institute, with the objective of spreading awareness about women’s health and well-being under the theme “Healthy Women, Healthy Family.” Medical professionals conducted examinations, provided counseling, and guided the students on preventive healthcare measures.
The initiative was well-received and helped sensitize young students about the importance of good health practices. The school management and staff thanked the BMO Sheeri and his medical team for their support in making the camp successful.

Surprise visit of worthy CEO Baramulla to HS kitchama
Today on July 24, 2025, Government High School Kitchama received an aunannounced visit from the Chief Education Officer (CEO) Baramulla. The visit aimed to assess the school’s operational standards, teaching-learning environment, and student engagement.
The CEO expressed profound satisfaction with the school’s functioning . He was delighted to observe all classrooms fully occupied, with teachers actively delivering lessons and students participating attentively. The vibrant teaching-learning process across grades was particularly commended.
Further He showed visible enthusiasm upon students engaged in sports. He noted students of certain grades in their games session playing volleyball on the field and others deeply involved in chess sessions, highlighting the school’s commitment to holistic development for which He lauded the faculty for their dedication and the students at Hs kitchama for their discipline and enthusiasm.
