We are gathered here today at Mr. Mohd Akbar Rather's residence to celebrate his well-deserved retirement. Mr. Mohd Akbar has completed 35 years of dedicated service to the education department and is now embarking on a new chapter. We are profoundly grateful for his contributions, particularly his administrative acumen and teaching expertise. His remarkable qualities, including wisdom, honesty, and humor, will be sorely missed.
I wish him all the best in his future endeavors, hoping he enjoys this new phase to the fullest.
