Government Boys Middle School Mulgam Holds Special PTM; Parents Sensitized on Winter Assignment Initiatives.
Govertmrnt BoysMiddle School Mulgam convened a Special Parent–Teacher Meeting (PTM) today, aimed at strengthening the partnership between the school and the community while reviewing the academic performance and overall growth of students. The event witnessed an impressive turnout of parents, reflecting their growing involvement and commitment to their children’s education.
Teachers presented a detailed overview of each student's academic achievements, classroom engagement, and attendance patterns. A key highlight of the meeting was a dedicated session on the Winter Assignment Programme, during which parents were thoroughly briefed and sensitized about its purpose, structure, and expected outcomes.
The faculty emphasized that the Winter Assignment is designed to ensure uninterrupted learning during the winter break and to reinforce key concepts essential for the next academic term. Parents were encouraged to monitor and guide their children consistently throughout the winter period.
The Head of the Institution expressed gratitude to the parents for their proactive participation and underlined the importance of continuous parent–teacher collaboration in shaping students’ academic excellence and character development. Parents also shared constructive feedback, which was well received by the school staff.
The meeting concluded on a positive note, with both parents and teachers reaffirming their shared commitment to nurturing a supportive and productive learning environment at Govt.Boys Middle School Mulgam.

Mass Parent Teacher Meeting (PTM) Held at Government Boys Middle School Mulgam

Government Boys Middle School Mulgam successfully organized a Mass Parent Teacher Meeting (PTM) today, which witnessed enthusiastic participation of parents, teachers, and students. The program was graced by Principal, Higher Secondary School Hardushoora, Mr. Ishaq Ahmad Rather who attended as the Chief Guest.
The Chief Guest, in his address, highlighted the significance of strong parent–teacher cooperation for ensuring quality education and holistic child development. He praised the school’s initiatives and urged parents to remain actively engaged in their children’s educational journey.

The Headmaster of GBMS Mulgam Mtr. Saleema Bano extended a warm welcome to the gathering and reiterated the institution’s commitment to academic excellence. Teachers shared students’ progress reports and also expressed their views on improving learning outcomes, discipline, and co-curricular participation. Parents too actively participated, offered valuable suggestions, and assured continued cooperation with the school.

On this occasion, Mr. Nisar Ahmad Tantray, Dais Incharge, coordinated the event effectively and appreciated the active role of parents and staff. To make the programme more engaging, students performed a short skit along with different cultural and creative activities, which were highly appreciated by the audience.

Notably, several neighbouring schools also participated, including MS Rawanpora, MS Awalawa, MS Rambailpora, and PS Malpora, which added to the collaborative spirit of the event.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, acknowledging the presence of the Chief Guest, dignitaries, parents, teachers, students, and participating schools.
