General Line Teachers Forum (GLTF) elected new Zonel body,Fatehgarh Baramulla

Baramulla 30 November; The Jammu and Kashmir General Line Teachers Forum (JKGLTF) of District Baramulla convened a significant meeting today in Zone Fatehgarh. Organized by the General Line Teachers (GLTs) of Zone Fatehgarh, the meeting was held under the leadership of District President, Farooq Ahmad Sheikh, and General Secretary, Naseer Ahmad Khan. Senior executive members Mohammad Akram, Zahid Ahmad Dar, Shahid Ahmad Mir, Mohammad Shafi Rather, and Mohammad Asif Chack also participated, alongside hundreds of teachers from Zone Fatehgarh.
The primary agenda of the meeting was to elect the Zonal Body for Zone Fatehgarh in the presence of district leadership. The following members were unanimously elected to the Zonal Body:Khan Mansoor Elahi: Zonal President,Shabir Ahmad Najar: Vice President,Bilal Ahmad Wani: General Secretary,Rouf Ahmad Khan: Organiser,Muneeb Ahmad Chasti: Co-Organiser,Sohail Ahmad Bhat and Javid Ahmad Bhat: Coordinators,Bilal Ahmad Sheikh: Treasurer,Firdous Ahmad: Co-Treasurer,Riyaz Ahmad Rigoo: Spokesperson,Mohd Asif Najar and Fayaz Ahmad Wani: Media Secretaries,Khalid Ali Lone and Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad Lone: Patrons.
Teachers from Zone Fatehgarh pledged their unwavering support to the newly elected Zonal Body, expressing confidence in their leadership to strengthen the GLTFβs vision and mission.
District President Farooq Ahmad Sheikh, in his address, reaffirmed the forumβs commitment to the welfare and rights of teachers, assuring the Zonal Body of full cooperation and support. General Secretary Naseer Ahmad Khan, along with Senior Executive Member Mr. Mohammad Akram, provided insights into the status of ongoing court cases and other pressing issues concerning the forum.
The newly elected Zonal President, Khan Mansoor Elahi, along with his team, vowed to work with dedication for the welfare of the GLTF family and to address challenges faced by teachers with determination and unity.
