S.D. College, Barabanki Celebrates Innovation and Joy on ‘No Bag Day’BBK: S.D. College recently transformed its campus into a vibrant hub of creativity, laughter, and learning during its highly anticipated No Bag Day event. Students left their heavy textbooks at home to participate in a series of hands-on activities, games, and culinary challenges.The special event was organized under the visionary guidance of College Manager Mr. Abhinav Gupta and Principal Mr. Rishi Raj Shankar, who both emphasized the importance of holistic education beyond traditional classrooms
*Pre-Primary Fun and Games*
The campus buzzed with energy as the pre-primary section kicked off the day with interactive outdoor games. Teachers designed activities to boost motor skills, sharing, and teamwork. The young children spent the morning laughing, running, and bonding, experiencing the pure joy of learning through play
*Transforming Waste into Art*
In the college primary wing students took on an eco-friendly challenge by crafting beautiful items entirely out of waste materials. Armed with old newspapers .the students engineered stunning decorative posters This exhibition highlighted the students' commitment to sustainability and environmental awareness.*Culinary Creativity*:
No-Fire Cooking the final highlight of the day was a spectacular no-fire cooking activity. Students demonstrated excellent culinary skills by preparing safe, delicious snacks without using gas stoves or heat. The menu featured delicious burgers. teaching everyone the basics of kitchen hygiene and independent food preparation.
Principal Mr. Rishi Raj Shankar praised the students' enthusiasm, stating that such events build practical life skills. Manager Mr. Abhinav Gupta concluded the event by congratulating the staff and students for making the day a grand success, proving that education is most effective when it is engaging and fun.
