This Trust is founded by a group of well-known educationists, who have made significant contributions in the field of Education in the region. The trust is managed by a Governing Body headed by Shri Ashwani Garg, Chairman and Shri Ashok Garg President of the

SVGOI is guided by an academic team with Dr D S Hira Singh as Director General who was awarded with "Life Time Achievement Award" by Govt. of Punjab. He also served as vice chancellor of Guru kashi university and having an experience of more than 45 years. SVGOI entered initially in the field of Engineering and subsequently added the disciplines such as Management, Pharmacy and Education thus adding feather after feather to its Cap.
