Appeal for Fund raising to Acquire 3.00 Acres of Land for School Development.
Dear Devotees of Lord Thirumala Venkataramana Swamy & Old Students of SVS Temple Education Institutions, Bantwal
We are presenting this appeal to you today which carries the potential to shape the future of our beloved Education Institutions run and managed by S VS Temple Education Trust formed by Sri Thirumala Venkataramana Swamy Temple Management.
The purpose of this Appeal is to inform you about a remarkable opportunity that has presented itself, to acquire 3.00 acres of land adjacent to our school premises, in the name of School Trust. This acquisition holds the potential to greatly enhance our school's infrastructure and create a nurturing environment for the education and growth of future generations. However, to seize this opportunity, we need the support and generous contributions of our esteemed Devotees and Alumni of Education Institutions. The land identified to purchase in the name of School Trust is located between school road and school ground.
The Land owners are demanding Rs.60000.00 per cent and we have to spend Rs.15000.00 per Cent for documentation and leveling the land to existing ground height. Total project cost for acquiring 3.00 acres of land will be around
Rs.225.00 Lakhs.
We appeal Devotees of the Temple & the Old Students to donate generously for this noble purpose. We will display the donors name, who donates Rs. 75,000 (Cost of 1 cent of land) and above in Marble Stone block at prominent place
of the School. Donation given is entitled to get the benefit under Sec. 80G of Income Tax Act. We furnish here under the bank account details for sending donations for above cause. Over the years, our school has remained committed to provide quality education and fostering all-round development for its students. However, due to financial constraints, we have been unable to undertake significant expansions and improvements to our existing facilities. This 3.00 acres of land offers a rare chance to address this issue and bring
about transformative changes to benefit both current and future students. We are planning to construct building for Pre University College in said Land with all Infrastructures.
We humbly request your assistance in raising funds to acquire this land. Your contribution, no matter the size, will make a tremendous difference in our endeavor to secure the future of our school.
