This Government (Model) Degree College is established by the Government of Uttar Pradesh with the fractional financial support from Rashtriya Uchchtar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA), a MHRD, Government of India organization on 29 April 2015, and the video webcasting inauguration was concluded on 03 February 2019 by the Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi after approximate completion of building wo

rks. The second academic session 2019-20 has been started from the first week of July 2019 in its newly established campus. College is conducting the undergraduate courses in BA, BSc and BCom and affiliated to the Siddharth University, Kapilvastu, Siddharthnagar for course work and exams. College has the residential facility for the undergraduates; boys and girls hostel is accessible for the scholars.
