মণ্ডল শিল্প (Mandala Art) হলো বৃত্তাকার জ্যামিতিক নকশাভিত্তিক একটি শিল্পধারা।
"মণ্ডল" শব্দটি এসেছে সংস্কৃত ভাষা থেকে, যার অর্থ বৃত্ত, চক্র, বা সম্পূর্ণতা।
এটি হিন্দু ধর্ম, বৌদ্ধ ধর্ম এবং জৈন ধর্ম-এ আধ্যাত্মিক ও ধর্মীয় প্রতীক হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
মণ্ডল শিল্প আমাদের শেখায়— ধৈর্য, একাগ্রতা, শৃঙ্খলা, সৃজনশীলতা, ভারসাম্য, অধ্যবসায় এবং অন্তরের শান্তির মাধ্যমে সুন্দর ও সুশৃঙ্খল জীবন গড়ে তুলতে।
