বন্ধুরা আজকে আমরা ইংরেজী রাইটিং এর Formal Letter এর Application নিয়ে আলোচনা করতে চলেছি। Application রাইটিং একটি খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় যা বিদ্যালয়ের exam এর সময় কাজে লাগে না, বাস্তব জীবনে প্রচুর কাজে লাগে।

Application লেখার নিয়ম :
1.To the point লিখতে হবে।
2. ভাষা হবে মার্জিত ও প্রাঞ্জল।
3. সঠিকভাবে Application এর form টি অনুসরন করতে হবে।
4. সাধারণত simple present, present continuous ও present perfect এ লিখতে হয়।
5 . লেখাটা হতে হবে যুক্তিসঙ্গত।

মূল বিষয় টি তিনটি প্যারাতে লিখতে হবে।

প্রথম প্যারাতে থাকবে : সম্মান পূর্বক লাইন

দ্ধিতীয প্যারাতে মূল ও নিদিষ্ট বিষয়টি লিখতে হবে।
তৃতীয় প্যারাতে থাকবে সমস্যা সমাধানের প্রার্থনা অথবা ব্যবস্থা গ্রহনের আর্জি।
লাইনটি এইভাবে লেখা যেতে পারে: I, therefore, pray to you to grant me /to take proper step to this matter.

বন্ধুরা আজকে আমরা ইংরেজী Imperative Sentence এর Passive Voice এর গঠন ও উদাহরন নিয়ে আলোচনা করতে চলেছি।
এই বাক্যের Voice গঠনগুলি ভালোভাবে লক্ষ্য করবে আর বারবার অনুশীলন করবে।

Imperative Sentence এর Passive Voice এর ইতিবাচক বাক্যের গঠন:

MV1+O. (Active Voice)
Let+Ob(Subj) +be+MV3.

উদাহরণ :
1. Do it.
Let it be done.
2. Open the door.
Let the door be opened.
3. Write this story.
Let this story be written.
4. Break the glass.
Let the glass be broken.

Imperative Sentence এর Passive Voice এর নেতি বাচক বাক্যের গঠন:

Do+not+MV1+O. (Active Voice)
Let+Ob(Subj) +not+be +MV3.

উদাহরণ :
1. Do do not it.
Let it not be done.
2. Do not open the door.
Let the door not be opened.
3. Do not write this story.
Let this story not be written.
4. Do not break the glass.
Let the glass be be broken.

আবার অনেকসময় কর্ম(object) থাকে না। সেক্ষেত্রে Passive এর গঠনটি একটু আলাদা হবে।
"You are requested/ordered to" দিয়ে শুরু করতে হয়।
উদাহরণ :
1 . work hard.
You are requested to work hard.
2. Get out.
You are ordered to get out.

বন্ধুরা আজকে আমরা ইংরেজী Future perfect tense এর Passive Voice এর গঠন ও উদাহরন নিয়ে আলোচনা করতে চলেছি।
এই টেনসের গঠনগুলি ভালোভাবে লক্ষ্য করবে আর বারবার অনুশীলন করবে।
Future perfect টেনস এর Passive voiceএর ইতিবাচক বাক্যের গঠন:
Ob(S) +shall/will+have+been +MV3+by+Sub(ob) .
উদাহরণ :
1. I shall have written this paragraph. (Active voice)
This paragraph will have been written by me. (Passive voice)
2 . We shall have read this story. (Active voice)
Ans. This story will have been read by us. (Passive voice)

এই টেনসের গঠনগুলি ভালোভাবে লক্ষ্য করবে আর বারবার অনুশীলন করবে।
Simple Future টেনস এর Passive voiceএর ইতিবাচক বাক্যের গঠন:
Ob(S) +shall/will+be +MV3+by+Sub(ob) .
উদাহরণ :
