About Rakum School for the Blind: Today our school is Home to 710 Underprivileged Boys and Girls, Both Sighted and Visually Impaired.

Children from Two years to Twenty-two years of Age, we provide them Free Food, Clothing, Shelter and Education, Our resident students are educated from kindergarten to post graduation.

The training imparted includes reading and writing through Braille and Mobility Training for the totally blind.

The Curriculum also includes many curricular activities like Karate, Yoga, Abacus, Music & Dance.

The Computer Training Center In the School is equipped with Special Software to assist the Visually Impaired Children.
