Culture, Cuisine, and *Music* are the three major pillars of any country. Culture which lays down the foundation. Cuisine - is the food for enjoying and Music is the food for the soul of that country.
When it comes to India, we have all the three pillars in in abundance. Music is an inseparable part of both our: Culture and Cuisine.
Remember the good old days where Powercuts were the norm and not an exception, like today? All the colony friends: boys and girls, uncles and aunts, grandparents, and parents used to gather around the family lantern/candlelight and sing songs in turn and called it "Antakshari"?
We all have moved on a long way from there, isn't it? What used to be a "Timepass" activity couple of decades ago is now an almost "Professional Competition." We are exposed to so much music right from childhood, we all are experts in our own right at this "Professional Competition" of Antakshari.
Precisely, at CME that is what we are combining: Showcasing our rich musical culture of joy, celebration, and getting together with yummy Cuisine. And as you all know it by now, at *CME* we are known to do things "Our Way" to set new trends and benchmarks, and not to follow the crowd! Well this time, we are calling it:
*Aao Khele Funtakshari* (AKF)". Need we say more? You get the drift, right? Read on...
The *format*:
*36* participants
*6* teams of *6* members each
*Impromptu* Music Quizzes
We shall have 7 to 8 different rounds, one better than the other.
We would appreciate if you can rope in your music loving friends to participate in this event, so that we get the desired *36* participants. Also do not forget to invite your family & friends to come & enjoy this one-of-a-kind event as audience.
Let us remind you again, this is not the Usual Antakshari which we all used to be a part of growing up. This one will have the proverbial peaks and valleys.
Bahut saare *chunautiya*, which I am sure you all will enjoy and embrace them. Sounds exciting?
