Yoga is an ancient technology as a path to omniscience. Unfolding the infinite potentials of the hum

For the past 20 months, I’ve embarked on a journey unlike any other—a journey of self-discovery and spiritual empowerment, guided by the holy hands of wise beings from the sacred hills deep within the jungle.

Each day, diving deeper into a connection that transcended the body and mind. The air was thick with wisdom, each breath carrying teachings older than time itself. It wasn’t just about physical postures or stillness of mind—it was about tapping into something far greater, something alive within me, just as it pulses through all things.

Over time, this sacred practice began to reveal truths about the soul—truths that cannot be spoken, but only experienced. I learned to listen, not with my ears, but with my heart, to feel the rhythm of existence itself. The jungle, the spirits of the hills, the very breath that flowed through me—they all spoke in unison.

Now, I am honored to share this wisdom, this deep connection, with others. It is not simply a practice—it is a journey back to the soul.

Join us, and together we will explore what lies beyond the body and mind, what lies in the stillness of the breath and the ever-living soul within.

As the sun began to set over the tranquil ashram, all the practitioners subtly retreated into their self practice by themselves. This is when it struck me as there was a method of teaching that was never practised in traditional schools of yoga but practised across the world - the Led-Class method.

It wasn't until the past century that this method gained popularity, thanks to the efforts of three influential Gurus. First was Krishnamacharya Guruji, who had once served in the Mysore King's Court and taught the army. His disciple Pattabi Jois Guruji, who continued the similar method. And finally, there was B.K.S. Iyengar Guruji, who travelled the world extensively.

All the 3 Guru(s) emphasised on self-practice. Even today in their main schools here in India (at least in India), a part of the timetable allotted for students to practise on their own. This was seen as the key to growth, as the Gurus believed in teaching their students to be self-sufficient.

Unfortunately, this aspect of their teachings never got translated outside of India to the degree at which the Led-Class method has now gone viral. As a student of multiple ashram across India and having taught across 18 countries, I couldn't help but wonder about this.

Initially I assumed it may be due to the larger number of beginners but then couldn't help but feel that this emphasis on Led-Class was a result of the monetization subscription model.

The traditional values of self-practice and personal growth seemed to have been swept under the rug in favour of a ready made LED-CLASS profitable approach. I observed this with a heavy heart. They couldn't help but think that the true essence of yoga - the daily self-practice that was once the foundation of the teachings - had been lost in the pursuit of commercial success.

As the evening classes came to an end, I couldn't help but reflect on this conclusion- "Led-Class is like fast food, while self-practice is like home-cooked meals."

With all due respect let's begin our SELF PRACTICE along with Continuous Education from the Source.

We had the blessing of meeting a Lord Shiva devotee here in Bali. She has completed the 12 across India and twice to Kailash.

She invited us to her home in Denpasar, served us vegetarian food.

Offered us from all the above holy spaces. She allowed us to pray in her altar which has installations of all 12 jothir linga and the kailash all the way from Kailash itself❤️

A true blessing as she is heading to 🙏 let’s pray for her completion and safe return.

Water is a wonderful element. Here at Bali there are hundreds of freshwater springs.
Our body is majorly made up of water, so dipping in a spring is the most effective way to remove our past.
