YRCA is a Mandarin language teaching center in Bangalore. We offer Beginner, Intermediate, and Advan

YRCA’s mission is to make learning Mandarin easy and accessible to all. We offer a variety of courses ranging from basic courses teaching conversation, to more advanced courses that teach you to read and write Chinese characters. We have HSK-qualified faculty and our courses are based on the internationally recognised HSK Chinese proficiency tests. Group classes are available both for individuals and corporates. Teaching sessions are designed to be interactive and interesting, with special attention to Indian learners’ needs and expectations.

YRCA's recently concluded Byte-sized Mandarin in-person courses saw fresh sets of students kick-starting their Mandarin-learning journeys. We were happy to meet them and see their obvious joy in learning to speak and comprehend the language.

We look forward to taking them forward to higher levels of Mandarin in the coming months!

YRCA welcomed its latest batch of students for our in-person beginners' Byte-sized Mandarin 1 course.

This 12-hour conversational course has been designed as a perfect launching pad for those who want to test the waters of Mandarin learning without making a huge commitment of their time or money. It also covers 50% of the HSK1 syllabus, the rest of which will be covered in the course, Byte-sized Mandarin 2.

What has been heartening to note is that, almost all our students seldom stop at this level, but want to go on to higher levels after the course.

We have a good mix of techies and entrepreuners in the batch and the sessions have been lively and interactive from Day 1, thanks to their keen interest and hunger for learning. To more such batches!

YRCA was previliged to conduct an on-site, in-person Mandarin language training course at Farida Classic Shoes, Ambur. The experience was unique, because for the first time, we used Tamil, along with English, as our medium of instruction. And, greatly enjoyed it, we must add!

The warmth and respect that we received at Farida, both from the team and the top management, was very special and touching. It was also wonderful to see the interest and eagerness to learn, among the participants.

In the short period of a week, we taught them basic spoken conversation needed in an office environment, as well as important aspects of Chinese culture, that would help them establish trust and camaraderie with their Chinese counterparts.

We thank Farida Shoes for giving us the opportunity to train its team and wish the team the very best in their Chinese learning journey ahead!

After a long gap of over 3 years, YRCA kicked off an in-person newly curated Byte-sized Mandarin beginner's course in Bengaluru on 10th Feb. 2024.

Although online batches are very effective in teaching the language, and have helped us to reach students within India and abroad, there is no denying the charm of an offline batch.

We were delighted to interact face-to-face with our new set of students and were happy to see the smiles on their faces as they commenced their learning.

We thank them for having choosing to learn at YRCA and wish them the very best in their Mandarin-learning journey ahead!

After a temporary hiatus, YRCA resumes its online classes with renewed energy!

We are happy to launch a new set of conversational Mandarin courses - Practical Mandarin Parts 1 and 2. These courses ain to teach practically useful spoken Mandarin in the quickest and most effective way.

We were also very happy to conduct an on-campus Mandarin course at TheTakshashila Institution, Bengaluru. There was a strong sense of familiarity here as well, given the fact that some of Takshashila's senior fellows had trained at YRCA earlier.
Given how young and lively, our students were, our sessions were fun and enjoyable! We would love to take them forward on their Mandarin-learning journey!

After teaching online since March 2020, YRCA was happy to conduct an offline on-campus course at Texas Instruments, Bengaluru. As it was our second course at TI, there was a comfort level which made it all the more enjoyable.

This batch (as did the previous batch), had a wonderful set of sharp and keenly interested students who kept us on our toes with their insighful questions - something that we hugely enjoy!

What's more - many of them travelled to China during and soon after the course, and were really happy to be able to converse with their Chinese colleagues/clients. They said that they noticed a perceptible increase in warmth and mutual trust in their interactions with Chinese natives.

We, in turn, were delighted to hear about their positive experiences. Motivates us all the more, to continue to empower more and more people with Mandarin conversation skills!

We were happy to welcome our latest batch of Conversational Mandarin Level 1 students on Saturday, 5th November, 2020.

Since going online, our live classes are accessible from across India and abroad. This time we are thrilled to have students from Chennai, Mumbai, Trissur, Bangalore and Melbourne (Australia)!

YRCA is truly going global!

We were happy to welcome our very first batch of new students of 2022 on January 15th, 2022. Thanks to the course being Live Online, we have students attending classes from Bangalore, Kochi, Tumkur and Hubli in the batch.

The course is only half-way through, but some very good progress has been made already, and it is wonderful to see how much our students are enjoying the experience!

We wish them the very best on their Mandarin journey.

It was wonderful to have our first 'sellout batch' for our Conversational Mandarin Level 1 Live Online Course which kicked off over the previous weekend!

The interesting mix of students from diverse cities and backgrounds makes for more interesting, enthusiastic and fun-filled sessions. We are happy to have a student from Taiwan as part of the batch as well.

A full batch will also help keep motivation levels high, as well as enable students to learn more from each other.

We wish our new students the very best in their Mandarin journey ahead!
