In a world shaped by algorithms, data trails, and digital convenience, how much of our privacy are we willing to trade away?

At Ideas at Neev, students from Grades 8, 9, and 11 engaged in a thought-provoking session with Rahul Matthan on "Rethinking Privacy in the Digital Age"

Exploring the intersections of technology, law, ethics, and democracy, students reflected on how data influences the way we think, what we see online, and the choices we make every day. Through real-world examples and critical discussions, the session encouraged learners to question digital systems, examine the idea of consent, and better understand their role as informed and responsible digital citizens.

🎨 Where Colours Found Their Voice - Drushyotsava 2026

A celebration where imagination met expression, Drushyotsava beautifully showcased the artistic journey of our ICSE students from Grades 6- 9. From the intricate beauty of Notan art, Pointillism, and colour theory explored by Grade 6, to the depth of perspective drawing and the vibrant storytelling of Madhubani art by Grade 7 - every artwork reflected creativity, patience, and skill.

Grade 8 students used the powerful medium of poster making to express ideas with impact, while Grade 9 explored artistic depth through still life, creative compositions, mixed mediums, and detailed bird studies.

Beyond creating art, students learned the essence of collaboration, curation, display aesthetics, and presentation, transforming the exhibition into a true collective experience. Drushyotsava not only celebrated art but also opened new pathways for students to explore diverse styles, techniques, and forms of visual expression. 🌿✨

A Proud Moment for Neev Academy 💐

We are deeply proud to share a story that goes beyond trophies and rankings ; a story of grit, honour, and grace.

Two of our students, Jai and Devangshee, represented Team India at the International Championship for Young Debaters (ICYD) 2026, debating at the Oxford Union — one of the oldest and most celebrated debating societies in the world.

This moment didn’t begin at Oxford. It began at Neev — with long hours of preparation, honest conversations, and the steady, caring guidance of their teacher and mentor, Saai Sasidhar Patri. He didn’t just coach them to win. He coached them to show up with integrity, to argue with honesty, and to carry themselves win or lose with honour.

The journey:
At the national selections, their team topped the tab among 79 teams from across India, finishing 1st overall. After further rounds among the Top 8, they earned their place on the world stage not just as skilled debaters, but as young people who had earned their spot the right way.

At Oxford:
• 54 teams from across the UK, USA, Canada, Thailand, South Korea, Zimbabwe, Malaysia, and more
• Their team finished 3rd overall in the ESL category
• Jai was named the 3rd Best ESL Speaker at the tournament
• All Top 5 ESL Speaker spots went to Indian speakers

They walked into one of the world’s most storied rooms, stood their ground, and walked out with their heads held high not because they won, but because of how they competed. With grit when it was hard. With grace under pressure. And with the honour of representing their school and their country in the truest sense.

Please join us in celebrating Jai, Devangshee, and Saai Sasidhar Patri for everything they have shown us about what it means to truly strive. 🎉

Listening to Dr. K. Vijay Raghavan at our DP Graduation was a powerful reminder of what it means to think deeply, stay curious, and engage with the world with purpose.

Drawing from his journey across science, research, and public service, he encouraged our graduates to ask better questions, embrace interdisciplinary thinking, and approach the future with both rigour and responsibility. His reflections on evidence-based thinking, ethical action, and contributing meaningfully to society resonated deeply with our community.

As our learners step into the next chapter, his words stay with them — to remain curious, grounded, and committed to making a difference.

ICSE Grade 10 results that speak beyond marks ✨

Outstanding performance by Neevites this year is not just about scores, it’s about the journey, the discipline, and the mindset built along the way.

We believe in strengthening skills first thinking, consistency, resilience because when the foundation is strong, results naturally follow. And this year stands as proof.

With outstanding performances, multiple centum scores, and every student crossing strong academic milestones, this achievement reflects character, confidence, and a future ready mindset.

Proud of our learners for not just excelling, but evolving 💫

Receptiveness. Curiosity. Collaboration.

Over two enriching days at Neev Academy, our IB Career-related Programme (IBCP) Consultant Visit became a meaningful step forward in shaping the future of learning at Neev. Through engaging discussions on pedagogy and interdisciplinary learning, educators, leadership, students, and families came together with a shared openness to explore, question, and co-create.

A key highlight of the visit was the consultant’s expertise in guiding us through the critical elements of successfully introducing and launching the CP programme. From aligning the core components and strengthening interdisciplinary connections, the sessions offered both strategic direction and practical insights for the road ahead.

What stood out most was the culture of receptiveness across the community. From thoughtful parent conversations during our CP information sessions to the curiosity and energy of our Grade 8 and 9 learners, the experience reflected what meaningful learning truly looks like — collaborative, reflective, and future-focused.

As Neev continues its journey towards IB CP authorisation, we remain committed to building pathways where academic rigour meets real-world learning, and where every learner’s passion finds purpose.

✨ Beyond Books – Where Learning Found Its Wings ✨

On 13th April, learning stepped softly beyond the confines of pages and found its rhythm in laughter, movement, and imagination. The day unfolded like a canvas—painted with mindful pauses, playful energy, and moments of quiet reflection.

From stretching into the morning light to expressing stories through voice and art, each activity became a thread weaving joy, curiosity, and connection. It was also a wonderful opportunity for our ICSE students to bond with their seniors and juniors across grades, building friendships beyond their classrooms. Some glimpses from the day capture on-the-spot pictures and poems, reflecting the spontaneity and creativity of the moment.

Beneath open skies and within eager minds, creativity blossomed and learning took a freer, brighter form. For a day, books rested—but learning soared. 🌿✨

An Exciting Chapter Begins- IBCP at Neev Academy
Over the last two weeks, we hosted a couple of CP information sessions for our Grade 8, 9, and 10 families on the IB Career-related Programme (IBCP) — and the room was full of exactly the right questions.

The CP is education built around learning by doing, where academic rigour meets real-world career pathways, and where your child's passion has a place in their timetable.
Here's what makes the IBCP special at Neev:

Career-Related Studies (CRS) across Visual & Creative Arts, Business Management, Culinary & Hospitality, Sports Science, and Technology & Computing
Global recognition: accepted by universities across India, the US, UK, Australia, Canada & more. Recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and equivalent to an American High School Diploma via WACP.

Tailored pathways: DP subjects chosen around your child's CRS, not the other way around. Neev became an official IB CP Candidate School in July 2025.

Having met a key milestone of completing our CP Consultant visit, we are gearing up for our authorisation visit in July 2026.

We are now working closely with each family to map out their child's next steps, from identifying the right CRS to shortlisting universities and aligning subject choices.
The world of work is changing. Education needs to keep up. The IBCP at Neev is how we do that.

Introducing young learners to the world of art appreciation 🎨

Grade 3 PYP learners took their first step towards understanding that art goes beyond creation - it’s also about observing, interpreting, and responding. Through an immersive session on portraits and self-portraits, the experience came alive as facilitators stepped into the world of Frida Kahlo, weaving her story into the learning journey.

Exploring her self-portraits, learners began to make personal connections, express their thoughts, and engage with artworks with curiosity and enthusiasm—truly situating themselves within the narrative of art.

Grounded in purpose, guided by reflection, and strengthened through relationships—this is how we build learning culture at Neev Academy.

Building culture starts with intentionality. We recently gathered as a leadership team at Neev Academy to dive deep into the "why" behind our pedagogy. By setting clear intentions and finding our common ground, we arrived at collective commitments as a team. This professional development session was a powerful immersion into our pedagogy, our ecosystems, and the intentionality we bring as educators. Deep thinking, shared value, and unified vision, that's what truly matters.
