It was a pleasure welcoming Ms. K. Hindola (BA PJW, Batch of 2016–2019) back to her alma mater, IIPR, as part of our Alumni Connect initiative commemorating International Women’s Day.

Through her talk, Ms. Hindola shared her journey in the field of Sports Psychology, reflecting on her experiences working with athletes across national and international platforms. Her insights and encouragement were truly inspiring for our students.

We thank her for taking the time to return to IIPR and interact with our students, and we wish her continued success in her remarkable journey.

On 4th February 2026, IIPR conducted an interactive workshop on Study Skills & Exam Stress Management for students of Akiya PU College.

Led by Dr. Sunita Damodar, Coordinator of Academics, IIPR, the session offered practical strategies to manage exam pressure, improve focus, and build emotional resilience. The workshop was facilitated in coordination with Ms. Shivani Pandey, Assistant Professor, IIPR.
