Sometimes, the best creations happen when you have no time to plan. ❤️

A few days ago, a friend called us with an emergency.

His friend’s wedding was just 3 days away & her wedding cake wasn’t ready.

Could we help?

Now, we’re not wedding cake specialists. And a wedding cake isn’t exactly something you casually squeeze into a busy production schedule.

But leaving a bride to deal with that stress just days before her wedding didn’t feel right.

So we said YES. ❤️

And what happened next was nothing short of incredible.

👩🏻‍🍳 4 chefs.
🍋 Lemon & blueberry.
🌸 A floral, long wedding cake.
⏰ 3 days to make it happen.
🚗 3 hours before the wedding, our team was at the venue.

The foundations were carefully baked and prepared at Mama Jay’s, transported to the venue & then came the real challenge — assembling & bringing the entire cake to life on-site.

Layer by layer. Flower by flower. Detail by detail.

And then… we stepped back.

WOW.

What started as an emergency request turned into one of the most beautiful cakes our team has ever created.

And the best part?

It wasn’t just a wedding cake.

It became the centre of attention at the wedding. ✨

And our team walked away with that incredibly satisfying feeling that comes from knowing we stepped in when someone needed us most.

We’re not sure we’ll ever call ourselves wedding cake specialists…

But after this one, we’re definitely going to say:

“Give us a challenge. We’ll bake something beautiful.” ❤️

Our very own summer camp alumna Hanusha chose to spend her special day doing what she loves most — baking with her friends at Mama Jay’s ♥️

With exams around the corner, this bunch of girls decided a pizza-making party was the perfect break from the books. And what followed was exactly what you’d expect — laughter, flour, creativity, and some wonderfully crazy pizzas crafted by an equally crazy bunch! 🍕✨

What makes us happiest isn’t just hosting these celebrations. It’s seeing our students return and treat Mama Jay’s as a place they can call their own.

A place to learn, celebrate, create memories and simply feel at home.

A Mystery Worth Unboxing !

For Tarini’s special birthday celebration, we created a custom Mystery Snack Box packed with fluffy popcorn, flaky paneer puffs, mini veg cheese burgers, our signature MJ sauce and a whole lot of deliciousness. 🍿🥟🍔

Designed to match the party’s mystery theme, every element of the box was thoughtfully put together to make the experience feel extra special and memorable.

The best part? The birthday girl and her family absolutely loved the final package 😍
