Shishu Niketan is a pre-school and day care centre for children upto 10 years. We use multiple intelligence approach combined with Montessori and Waldorf methods of teaching. Our founders Mrs Purnima & Mr. Sekhar Banerjee have 25+ years of experience in teaching. Our creative curriculum is designed for a holistic development for your child. We have kids yoga, brain gym, meditation, mathematics, story telling, music, dance, art, craft, gardening and many other fun activities in our school and after school care programs. Our indoor and outdoor activities are designed to develop a child's sensory, fine and gross motor skills and also to provide knowledge in a fun way within a safe and natural environment. Shishu Niketan is now a registered pre-school with the Govt. of Karnataka. We also completely adhere to the National Child Rights Act. Our experienced teachers are all graduate degree holders, have Montessori training and experience, all teaching and non teaching staff are First Aid certified.
