🌊 *From Compassion to Action: Flood Relief Drive*🤝

In response to the devastating floods that affected several parts of India, *AECS Magnolia Maaruti Public School, Bengaluru*, conducted a Flood Relief Donation Drive to support families and communities affected by the devastating floods across India.

💙 Students, parents and staff joined hands to contribute essential relief materials, which were *handed over to Goonj on 27 August 2026* for distribution to affected communities.

This initiative is a beautiful reflection of *empathy, kindness and social responsibility*, reminding us that even small acts of compassion can create meaningful change.

*Goonj Awareness Session - Inspiring Young Minds for Social Change* 🌱🤝

AECS Magnolia Maaruti Public School, Bangalore, hosted a meaningful *awareness session by Goonj* for the students of *Grade VIII*, on *10th August 2025*, providing them with an opportunity to understand how they can contribute toward community development, sustainability and social impact.

Students explored Goonj’s initiatives, including *Cloth for Work, Not Just a Piece of Cloth (NJPC) and School to School (S2S)*, and learned how responsible reuse of resources can create meaningful social impact.

The session nurtured empathy, resourcefulness and responsible citizenship, encouraging students to connect with real-world challenges and become changemakers. 🌍✨

The Rajya Puraskar Rally, organised by The Bharat Scouts and Guides, was held on 29th August 2026 at Shanthigruha, Palace Road, Bengaluru, bringing together nearly 500 Scouts and Guides from various schools.

Through Poetry Recitation, Role Play, and Storytelling, students displayed confidence, creativity, expression, imagination, and stage presence. AECS Karate Cup 2026 – A Celebration of Strength, Skill and Sportsmanship
AECS Magnolia Maaruti Public School, Bengaluru, in collaboration with the OSK Federation of India, proudly organised the AECS Karate Cup 2026, an Inter-School Karate Championship, on 22nd August 2026.
The championship witnessed an overwhelming response, with around 650 young karate enthusiasts from various schools participating enthusiastically. The event provided a vibrant platform for students to showcase their strength, agility, discipline, determination, and martial arts skills.
The competition was conducted across various Age, Belt, Weight, and Gender categories, following the prescribed rules and regulations of the World Karate Federation. The young participants displayed remarkable courage and perseverance as they competed with confidence and true sporting spirit.
Adding to the pride and excitement of the event, AECS Magnolia Maaruti Public School emerged as the proud winner of the AECS Karate Cup 2026, securing the maximum number of medals across different categories. The winners were honoured with medals and certificates in recognition of their outstanding performances.
Beyond winning and losing, the championship served as a valuable learning experience, fostering discipline, resilience, self-confidence, respect, and sportsmanship among the students. Every participant demonstrated the courage to face challenges and the determination to give their very best.
