From clean lines on screen to the raw chaos of site — where dust, scaffolding, and bricks slowly shape the vision.
Amid the construction choas, light already begins to find its way through circular openings, brick screens, and layered volumes. What started as a render is now rising floor by floor on site.

From vision to reality — a 30x40 residence rising in Marathahalli, Bangalore.

Layered volumes shape a facade that balances vernacular warmth with precision, brought alive by natural light.

This contemporary multi-story farmhouse blends modular modernism with earthy, sustainable materials like exposed CSEB block masonry and smooth white plaster. Elevated on concrete stilts to create a shaded undercroft, the structure features a prominent outdoor staircase leading to expansive terraces. Deeply overhanging red-tiled roofs provide sharp geometric silhouettes and essential shading for the large, wood-framed windows.
