Job Description and Person Specification
The designated “Reception Assistant / Front Desk Assistant” would be the one dealing with the client’s (that includes children and their parents / guardian / care taker / grandparents). He / She would be closely working with clients, and co-ordinate for treatment plan and appointment with the Dentist. He / She must be friendly, professional and courteous with patients of all age group including children who are visiting the dental clinic. He / She should enjoy being on time and being organized.
✓ should have a pleasant personality over call and otherwise
✓ should be able to give estimates for dental treatments.
✓ a problem solver by nature, and if required should be able to travel to another branch (commute charges will be provided)
✓ should be able to follow up over calls and convert any enquiry (no target to reach).

• Must be 12th or 10th class (Preferred: Passed)
