National Public School, ITPL is committed to celebrating key milestones that shape a student’s educational journey. In keeping with this ethos, the school proudly hosted its Pen Ceremony on 25th March 2026 for Grade IV students, marking their transition into Grade V—a significant step towards greater responsibility and academic maturity.

The theme, “From Pencil Dreams to Pen Power,” beautifully captured the essence of this transformation. The shift from pencil to pen symbolized not just a change in writing tools, but a journey towards accountability, confidence, and thoughtful expression.

The ceremony featured engaging segments that brought the theme to life, including a presentation on the evolution of the pen, reflections shared by students, and vibrant performances that showcased their creativity and enthusiasm.

A special highlight of the event was the ceremonial distribution of pens and diaries by the school leadership, making the moment both emotional and memorable. Students also took a solemn pledge to use their pens with honesty, responsibility, and confidence, recognizing it as a powerful tool of expression.

Guided by the Director Principal, Academic Dean and dedicated teachers, the young learners embraced this milestone with pride and excitement. Through this meaningful ceremony, NPS TPL reaffirmed its commitment to nurturing responsible, reflective, and confident individuals, ready to script their future with courage, creativity, and purpose.

We are proud to share that Abhilasha Agarwal of Grade 7 & Vivaan Ohdar of Grade 1, National Public School, ITPL have secured a State Level Rank in the Writing Wizards Handwriting Olympiad (2025–2026), conducted by Wizards. Their achievement brings pride to the institution and sets a commendable example. We congratulate Abhilasha & Vivaan on this notable success and wish their continued excellence in all future endeavours.

The school assembly held on 17th March at NPS, ITPL proudly celebrated the Gold Medal winners of the SOF IMO from the Primary Section, where the young achievers were appreciated and recognized for their dedication, hard work, and outstanding performance. This prestigious examination encourages students to think beyond textbooks and develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Our students participated with great enthusiasm, bringing immense pride to the school through their remarkable achievements. The results were announced class-wise and section-wise, followed by the distribution of prizes during the assembly, which concluded with an inspiring address by the coordinator motivating students to continue striving for excellence.

Students of Grades 6 and 7 brought laurels to the school with their impressive performance in the SOF International Science Olympiad (NSO) and the SOF International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO). Several students secured the Gold Medal of Excellence, while a few also achieved Distinction for their outstanding performance. The achievers were felicitated during a special assembly where their dedication, curiosity, and problem-solving abilities were widely appreciated. The school extended its heartfelt congratulations to the young achievers and expressed immense pride in their accomplishments while looking forward to many more such milestones in the future.

Prize Distribution Day for Grades I and II was organized to recognize the outstanding achievements of students in academic and extracurricular pursuits. Deserving students were awarded certificates and medals for their success in the prestigious external examination-The National Science Olympiad (NSO), The International Math Olympiad (IMO) as well as the engaging intra -school Co-Curricular Activity (CCA) which included Bookmark Making and Comic strip competitions held across the sections.

The NSO encourages scientific reasoning, logical ability, and knowledge beyond the classrooms fostering scientific temperament and problem-solving skills among the students. The IMO enhances students’ knowledge and skills in mathematical reasoning, logic, and problem-solving. Meanwhile the CCA provided a joyful and enriching blend of activities which nurtured creativity, communication and presentation skills at foundational stage.

The felicitation ceremony, marked by the awarding of certificates and medals, instilled immense pride and motivation in the students. The event not only celebrated their accomplishments but also inspired them to pursue excellence in all the future endeavors.
